What do you need from me to answer an enquiry or price a job?

What you’re moving (the commodity), roughly how much — weight or volume — the route (where it ships from and where it clears), and your timeline. That’s enough for a first answer; documents can follow later.

How quickly will I hear back?

Where do you operate?

We’re on the ground at the Avianca Cargo Village, Accra International Airport, and we handle cargo through Accra, Tema and Takoradi — with onward road haulage nationwide.

Do you handle both imports and exports?

Both. Import and export declarations are filed through ICUMS, with HS classification, valuation, duty assessment and permits handled before your cargo reaches the line.

My cargo is already held. Can you take over the file?

Yes. Send us what you have — declaration, invoices, packing list — and a broker reviews where the file went wrong and what release requires, then gives you a straight answer on next steps.

Do you deliver after clearance, or only clear?

End to end. Clearance, onward haulage, bonded and general warehousing, and last-mile delivery under one accountable team — from the apron to your warehouse door.
